Q: When will my order ship?
A: Soon-ish. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, assuming the universe cooperates and we don’t get distracted. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on its way, so you can refresh the page obsessively like the rest of us.
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Somewhere between “wow, that was fast!” and “I forgot I ordered this.” Delivery times depend on where you live, your carrier, and possibly the alignment of the stars. Patience is a virtue, or so they say.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Q: Can I return something?
